Prescription Policy - Request

Most medical equipment may be billed to your insurance company, but requires a prescription, may need notes from your doctor and in some cases evaluation by a specialist.

If you have questions about what equipment may be billed to your insurance, and if you may qualify, please call us at (585) 360-4900. We can answer your questions and contact your doctor directly for you to request a prescription. We process the information and may be able to have the item ready for you to pick up without the wait.
